NEW TRADE * NTGR * calls 10/21/11

Netgear (NTGR $29.62 + 1.09) Telecom networking company, for commercial businesses. Stock rallied to start the month, pulled back and is showing investor interest ahead of earnings next week. Not real excited about buying into an earnings report, but like the risk / reward.

Our play is the at the money Dec. 30 calls, with a target of 36. Exit point is 27.76 on a closing basis.
